Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Marriott Marquis Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales and team management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the Dubai hospitality industry is a plus
