Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Automotive Sales Manager located in UAE. The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and customer relationship management.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the luxury and high-performance automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
