As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting our steam engineering solutions to customers within various industries. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing technical expertise,and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of steam engineering principles, systems, and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize products or develop new solutions according to client specifications.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools or other sales management systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering,or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the steam engineering or industrial equipment sector.(10 to 12 years of experience and at least 5 years of Sales MANAGEMENT experience)
- Strong technical background with expertise in steam systems, boilers, valves, and related equipment.
