  • About you
  • Role: Sales Manager - MEP

The Sales Manager will oversee the promotion and sales management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) products including Motion Sensors/BTU Meters/D.I. Pipe/Pressure Relief/Reducing Valve (PRV-WATTS)/Valmatic Air Vent (Petrochemical)/FCU Hook Up (Valve Kit), and Planter Drain within the Saudi market.
  • Job Responsibilities:
Develop and propose a sales budget for the financial year based on market analysis, product knowledge, and services offered in the MEP sector.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales budgets and margin targets annually.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the Saudi market requirements for MEP products.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in sales team meetings, conferences, presentations, and customer training sessions to support business activities.
Report regularly on progress towards sales plans and objectives.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
  • Education:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of MEP product sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record in achieving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strong network with clients, consultants, contractors, and integrators in Jeddah.
Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of MEP sector dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Sales Force, and D365 preferred.
  • Transferable Iqama
Valid driving license required.
