Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and leadership, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring team members meet their individual targets, and providing strategic guidance to improve overall team success.
What you'll do:
- Align team staffing with the strategic goals and hiring plan of the Metropolitan Group, while ensuring that targets are set and continuous coaching and performance monitoring of sales agents.
- Managing sales performance and conversion rates to achieve targets set out by the Company on a monthly basis through monitoring of team's KPIs, including calls, meetings, number of sales, number of leads, etc.
- To ensure high standards of work carried out by each agent under your management.
- Enforce proper use of CRM, IT, and other sales-enhancing tools among the team.
- Foster effective communication and integration between your team and other departments within Metropolitan Group to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate the team by providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss the progress, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Supervise, monitor, manage and take responsibility for all your team's deals.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales on team performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct daily team meetings to set the focus for the day and monitor the pipelines and the enquiries of the team.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree .
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property transactions, and relevant legal regulations.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and develop effective sales strategies.
