Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide training, lead and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, implementing effective strategies to meet established goals.
  • Maintain strong networks within the real estate industry for business development opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales efforts.
  • Effectively solve customer concerns, increase customer experience and improve their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a sales manager in the real estate industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
