We're looking for a talented Sales Manager with hands on experience in oil and gas sector
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the oil and gas sector to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position GSS's offerings effectively.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the banking, commercial or oil and gas sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including market dynamics and key players.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in or knowledge of the Egyptian market is a must.
