Job Description

PAD Properties is seeking a visionary and results driven Secondary Sales Manager to lead our team and play a pivotal role in our growth.

With more than 20 years of experience in the UK market, we are a dynamic startup driving innovation in Dubai's real estate industry. Our mission is to reshape the property market by delivering exceptional services and creating valuable experiences for clients and investors.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our secondary market operations, managing key client relationships, and ensuring smooth transactions across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the secondary market, in line with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Oversee daily operations related to secondary market transactions, including sales, marketing, and client relations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform strategy.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency to ensure profitability and sustainable growth in the secondary market.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the secondary market division.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry, particularly in the secondary market (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on the secondary market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to develop strategies for growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience in managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for driving innovation and problem solving.
