Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical with 3-8 years of experience to lead our sales team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience managing a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
