This role is ideal for a highly motivated Sales Professional who will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, developing opportunities, and closing sales in the Pro AV & lighting industry in an effort to generate sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel sales growth, achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Pro AV and lighting sectors.
- Represent and position PRO LAB as a regional leader in audio visual solutions.
- Develop a pipeline of new opportunities using all means available including cold calling, existing clients, inbound inquiries, networking, etc.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop solid relationships with consultants, designers, integrators, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Pro AV and lighting industries, ensuring a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and its competitive advantages.
- Manage/coordinate pre-sales and post-sales support. Liaise with the brand management department for any needed support on pre-sales and post-sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and presentations to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attend brand management department internal trainings.
- Attend networking events and keep up to date with industry trends and market changes.
- Data input, management and updating of CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed yearly sales target.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of sales experience with proven track record of success in sales management roles within the Pro AV and lighting industry
- Strong technical background in AV & lighting
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Results-oriented and capacity to work under pressure.
- Highly computer proficient (MS Office, SAP, E-mail, CRM)
- Strong command of both English and Arabic languages
