Job Description
Drive overall sales revenues and profitability by supporting existing clients and developing new clients and new markets in the region.
Manage all sales activities and sales staff, working closely with the Design and Installation teams to deliver winning solutions to the market.
Provide a hands-on consultancy/solutions service to clients before and during projects to ensure a competitive edge in all tenders.
Spend considerable time in front of new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
Provide best solutions to clients based on technical knowledge about our racking systems to meet client s requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably Bachelor's Degree of Engineering).
Proficiency usage of AutoCAD & Office.
V. Good to Excellent in English skills.
Must be familiar with warehouse operations and in particular have experience of projects to implement systems & equipment for managing storage and product flows
Teamwork & Leadership skills.
Strong Sales and Commercial skills must be a natural salesman, extremely comfortable in front of clients, and be able to negotiate effectively.
Good people manager, able to engage with staff and clients at all levels of seniority.
