Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who is fluent in speaking German to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Off-Plan Sales of residential properties, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for delivering results.

KEY SKILLS-

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in the real estate industry.
3. Fluent in speaking German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
4. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams.
5. Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and best practices.
6. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving targets.

We are offering a Basic Salary Package between AED 4,000 - 6,000 Plus Commissions on every sale closed (and other benefits as per UAE LAW).
