EgyCham is leading an HR Consultancy & Business Hub Corporate, was launched in April 2010 by 3 scopes of business (Consultancy, Training & Recruitment). We are looking to hire Property Sales Manager for one of our clients in Real Estate Development field in New Cairo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Manager in New Cairo. The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property sales, including client management, property showcasing, negotiating offers, and closing deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

Proven work experience in Real Estate Development field from 7 to 10 years is a must

Proven track record in property sales, client management, and negotiation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in real estate market trends and property valuation

Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures related to property sales

Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
