Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of which as Sales Manager for real estate companies in the UAE
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
