Responsibilities

  • Find and Connect: Identify potential clients through in-person, phone, and email outreach, introducing our software.
  • Demonstrate and Close: Conduct software demos, provide quotes, and address objections to successfully close deals.
  • Manage Pipeline: Nurture existing leads and seek new prospects, guiding them towards a purchase decision.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Use deep product knowledge to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for mutual success.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2-4 years B2B sales, preferably in SaaS/hospitality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • UAE driver's license is a MUST.
