Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Sahara Educational Institution. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing or business preferably MBA in Marketing
• Candidate with 2 years experience in Education sector in UAE
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze market data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales target

Salary and Benefits

• Salary package from AED4000 to AED7000 AED + incentive based on knowledge and experience (all other benefits as per industry standards)
