Sales Manager - Secondary Market
Upstream Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary Sales Manager to join our growing and award winning team of experts. As a Sales Manager you will be focusing on the Secondary Market, you will play a key role in driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to the growth of our secondary market business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to maximize performance
- Exploring strategies on generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent properties in key areas
- Sales planning to develop monthly sales targets and ensure their successful realization within predetermined time frames
- Establishing and maintaining relations with new clients and retention of old ones
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management highlighting achievements and improvement areas
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the secondary real estate market
- Set and monitor sales targets implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed established goals
- Efficiently allocate and oversee resources, such as portal credits and upgrades, ensuring successful execution and maximizing returns
- Manage real estate brokers calls and call tracking for learning, training and better improvements
- To accomplish annual sales goals, conduct market research to grasp customer trends, and deliver comprehensive training and growth opportunities for the sales team
- Provide training to new on industry best practices product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies for secondary market properties
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards staying abreast of industry regulations
- Managing negotiations and closing contracts with local and international clients
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to meet company targets and foster growth in the sales team
- Have a great understanding of RERA laws and regulations, and have in-depth knowledge about the Dubai Rest App and all the required forms
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in Dubai's real estate market and at least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience is must
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of secondary sales processes
- Must have speed and accuracy in delivery of services to clients
- UAE Driving License
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
