Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Slots for logistic services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and exploring avenues for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as large corporate clients, e-commerce platforms, and logistics providers. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to leverage these partnerships for mutual growth.
- Sales Team Management: Lead a team of sales representatives by setting clear objectives, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance metrics. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration within the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address client inquiries or concerns promptly and proactively.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments or geographic regions to increase market share. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to capitalize on opportunities.
- Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and courier services, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and optimizing logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Sales Strategy Development, Relationship Building, and Sales Team Management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
