Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the media landscape. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
