Sales Manager - SPBIB - MEP
The purpose of this role is to identify potential clients and partnerships in order to develop and secure implementation of commercial action plans (Sales, Marketing and Business Development), negotiations, closing deals, collections, and owning full accountability of delivering the SIG strategy and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate to introduce new innovations, products, concepts, designs for the customers. As well as become an informed business partner for our customers with strong industry knowledge (competitor intelligence, market and consumer trends).
- Product deployment; work in collaboration with the regional product strategy team, to develop the deployment strategy of a full system solution (Equipment, consumables and service).
- Business Development; identify, capture, and close new business leads for the spouted pouch and Bag in Box in food and non-food categories and other SIG substrates.
- Full accountability for his customers on packaging material on rolling forecast accuracy. Drive collaboration with supply chain to ensure order fulfillment of packaging material and designs.
- Collaborate and execute the commercial and pricing policy together with the Head of Market and the Head of Spouted pouch and Bag-in-Box and in alignment with the Cluster Director of Market Operations in MEA.
- Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships, fulfils customer satisfaction and drive high industry standards of NPS.
- Working hand in hand with the Technical team, to identify, propose and close service sales. Shared accountability of delivering service sales.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in flex. packaging industry, with good network in the pharmaceutical, personal care, paints and Oil and gas 8-10 YOE.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
