Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and qualified Sales Manager that can keep our revenue engine running smoothly. As a Sales Manager, you should have a sharp mind and the ability to motivate, train, and maintain a high-performing sales team. you will need to be experienced with the sales process, have excellent lead generation skills, great foster relationship building, and have the seamless ability to close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing and training the sales team.
- Successfully track and meet planned sales goals and quotas.
- Implement and design a strategic business plan that boosts and grows the company's client base.
- Oversee and monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Develop a successful and driven sales team through ongoing motivation, counseling, and mentoring.
- Identify emerging markets and stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working as a Sales Manager or Sales Specialist.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
