Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, attending industry events, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mobile tech industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales.
