Promote and sell all aspects of the Spa; Health & Wellbeing Memberships.- Achieving monthly and year-end budgets for the Day Spa and Club Membership levels.
Conduct off site sales visits / presentations to major and local companies for prospective Corporate Memberships.
- Conduct off site sales appointments with high profile individual and joint prospective members.
Attend tradeshows as required.- Review market trends / industry publications on an ongoing basis.
Implement and manage membership / renewal programs in order to minimize attrition.
- Conduct 1 to 1 and group training sessions in telephone enquiries and membership tour techniques with key associates.
Set daily / weekly targets to ensure that budget revenue and number of members is achieved.- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve targets
Take up special assignments as instructed.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with the Spa Director and Marketing department.
Network with other Spa Operators in order to get to know the market trends etc.- Attend Sales Meetings and present the previous month end results vs. targets and current month to date performance.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare competitor / market intelligence reports on a monthly basis and present the information to the spa management team.
Assist the Spa Director & Senior Instructor to implement and track the success of promotions and membership retention programs.- Maintain clear lines of communication with all team members.
Communicate with Day Spa / Hotel guests and Members to obtain their feedback and ensure the delivery of product meets and exceeds their expectations.
- Control and account for any complimentary one day guest passes.
In line with the media plan, ensure the promotion for the month is communicated to all team members.- In conjunction with the Spa Director create, implement and monitor the sales and marketing plan in line with agreed financial targets.
Liase with the Sales & Marketing department in Corporate Office with regards to content and appearance of all S&M literature.
- Manage and implement monthly newsletters to members and day spa databases.
Work with the Head Concierge to manage the spa database.- Oversee the Spa Concierge team and hold regular training sessions on upselling techniques.
Maintain client and company confidentiality, ensuring all business dealings or personal details are not discussed with outside parties.
