Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at White Stag Properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving the growth of our real estate business in the competitive Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest real estate trends in Dubai.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
Network with industry professionals and participate in relevant events and exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages:
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or any other language is a plus.
