We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in the forex industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex market, strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of driving sales growth, and a passion for exceeding targets.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.


This position offers a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and a basic salary.


Responsibilities:

●      Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

●      Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forex market.

●      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

●      Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

●      Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

●      Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

●      Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Requirements:

●      At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role of a telesales team, managing a team doing outbound sales in sectors such as finance or stock brokerage in Dubai.

●      Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Dubai within the telesales sector, particularly in finance or stock brokerage.

●      Fluency in English. Urdu/Hindi is a benefit.

●      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

●      Strong leadership and team management skills.

●      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

●      Deep understanding of the forex market.
