Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing startup in Dubai that operates a multi-vendor e-commerce platform, bringing together vendors from various industries such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, and perfumes. We are looking for a highly experienced -Sales Manager- with a strong background in team management, training, and vendor contract negotiations to join our dynamic team.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and onboard vendors, including flower shops, cake shops, chocolate stores, and perfume boutiques.

- Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Train and develop sales team members to enhance their selling skills and knowledge of the platform.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and support.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in team management and vendor contract negotiations.

- Extensive experience working with vendors in industries such as flowers, cakes, chocolates, and perfumes.

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with vendors.

- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, particularly in the e-commerce or marketplace sectors.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on growth and scalability.

- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
