- Role and Responsibilities:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our agency. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and market presence.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions.
Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensuring the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and upholds our company's reputation for excellence.- Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the executive team to inform decision-making.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry.- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
