Salary 15,000-25,000 AED/month
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the home furnishings industry, specifically in the GCC markets.
- Must have a sound understanding of furnishing fabrics, some basic level of textile/fabric knowledge, outdoor furnishing fabric or outdoor furniture fabrics, upholstery, soft furnishings
- Experience with Project/Contract/Hospitality projects.
- An existing network/connections within the home furnishings industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the home furnishings sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and market share in the GCC markets.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the home furnishings industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager, specialising in home furnishings including curtains, blinds, upholstery, and outdoor furniture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the GCC region, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces.
This person will be the first hire within region and will be responsible for building and expanding the UAE team.
