Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at Nice Style , a leading retailer specializing in shoes and bags. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for fashion, strong digital marketing skills, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms including Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others as relevant.

Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform, including posts, stories, and videos.

Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, special offers, and events.

Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific customer demographics and interests.

Design visually appealing email templates and collaborate with the design team as needed.

Monitor email campaign performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.

Content Creation:

Utilize photography and editing skills to create high-quality visual content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storytelling concepts and brand narratives.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans outlining key initiatives, campaigns, and objectives.

Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives to evaluate performance and ROI.

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
