Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Team Leader at Metra in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing operational data, and improving overall sales performance through effective communication and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records for all customers PO.
- Creating sales orders in SAP after checking that all requirements are available.
- Review customer PO in terms of part numbers, quantity, prices & checking that the terms & conditions are following Metra terms & conditions. In case there is any missing requirement, refer to the customer to fill.
- Definition of new part numbers in SAP.
- Raising credit exception requests to release orders for placing.
- Request KYC team to release orders for placing (if applicable).
- In case of B2B orders, share all the requirements with the purchasing team to submit orders with vendors & follow up till orders are submitted.
- Once orders are in stock & ready for invoicing, inform customers to pay for orders. Furthermore, request releasing orders by product manager, CEO, KYC & credit (via raising credit exception request). After release is done, communicate with the warehouse team to invoice orders & arrange the delivery to customers.
- Communicating with various departments, based on the current situation. For instance, credit, collection, AP, AR & VOS.
- Resolving customers issues & ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Respond to various queries from customers related to sales return, credit note, or debit note creation. Actions will be taken based on the detailed illustration on query handling workflows and procedures.
- Handling stock movement between various WHs.
- Check with product managers the expected invoicing dates of orders & update it in system.
- Sharing weekly report with the invoicing status of orders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
