The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the sales operations team, maintaining high quality of data in the internal systems and ensuring the efficiency of the sales operations process. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of the sales operations team.

Salesforce hygiene related to data inputs from sales team.
Maintain the accuracy of Bespin Global current customer base with our vendors database.
Reconcile the data related to Bespin opportunities and vendor opportunities.
Follow and adhere to approved sales process and avoid deviations from agreed policies, procedures and business rules.
Reporting
Maintain data workflows, reporting, and ensure accuracy and validity of records.
Update the regular reports and ensure the current status of our opportunities Is reflecting.
