I. Main responsibilities
Strategic planning and execution
- Develop and implement relevant operational strategies based on the company's business.
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategy implementation, adjust and optimize in a timely manner, and ensure the achievement of operational goals.
Sales planning
- Plan and execute various marketing activities to help the business achieve sales goals
User growth and maintenance
- Develop user growth strategy through user research and data analysis.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to improve Customer Satisfaction Score and Loyalty.
Data Analysis and Optimization
- Collect and analyze operational data to support company decision-making.
- Identify operational issues through Data Analysis, propose improvement suggestions and implement them.
XFN collaboration
- Work closely with departments such as product, technology, and marketing to ensure the smooth operation of operations.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to improve overall Operational Efficiency.
II. Job requirements
Educational background
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce or related fields is preferred.
Skills and capabilities
- Proficient in Data Analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, etc.
- Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to withstand certain work pressure.

- Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills
