- Job Roles & Responsibility
Supporting and helping build successful agents (Brokers)
Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)
Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning
Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)
Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Rental agreements, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transactions.
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
Staying Informed on Real Estate Industry.
