Job Description

Our client is a leading Asset Management firm located in the heart of the Dubai

International Financial Centre (DIFC), regulated by the Dubai Financial Services

Authority (DFSA) Cat 3C.

investment interests.

modern-day value investment style based on fundamentals, helped by a

macroeconomic overlay and a quantitative optimisation.

You will have the opportunity to work with a seasoned, well-established, and very

international team, where everyones opinions and inputs are important.

Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients by

understanding their unique financial needs and objectives. Becoming their trusted

advisor / investment manager.

Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the

financial plan and achievement of Individual and Firms Targets against Key

performance Indicators while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Job responsibilities will include acquisition of HNW & UHNW clients, advising clients

regarding their investment needs, in strict compliance with applicable rules and

regulations and providing high levels of service.

Actively define your strategy to develop your clients portfolios using the full breath of

the firms products and capabilities.

An active team member, ready to contribute for the development of the commercial

and investment areas with ideas and suggestions.

Achieve individual targets against KPIs, including revenue targets, client base growth

(AUM) and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

To act as the first line of defence, performing KYC / AML reviews, including periodic

reviews & Due Diligence reviews in a timely manner by maintain satisfactory Control

& Compliance environment with full adherence to DFSA rules and regulations and

Company Policies and Procedures.

The Successful Applicant should have the following:


Currently working at a well-established Private Bank, Asset Management or Wealth

Management firm with not less than 5 years of experience at Senior level.

At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business management or a related field from

a reputable university.

Strong knowledge of financial products, financial markets, and wealth management

principles.

Have an established book of HNW & UHNW clients, and relationships with family

offices and/or institutions.

Business Plan for the first 3 years.

Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the

financial plan.

Continue to grow your existing relationships and acquire new ones.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Motivation and team spirit is essential, strong sense of group.

Interest and knowledge to explore alternative asset classes: venture capital, hedge

funds, crypto instruments, etc.

Fluent English, additional languages a plus.

Impeccable work ethics.

Professional certifications such as CFP, CISI or equivalent are highly desirable.
