Job OverviewAs a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our travel packages. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Sales and Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our travel packages and services.
- Create and present customized travel proposals that align with clients needs and budgets.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on our travel products, including destinations, packages, pricing, and promotions, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Provide clients with detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and options to ensure informed decisions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Assist clients with the booking process, including payment processing and documentation.
Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential new markets, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for new product offerings.Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and progress toward targets.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
