Sales Representative

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role as a sales representative at Bash Services. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining client relationships. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets.

Duties and responsibilities

• Research and communicate with potential clients
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Providing customized price offers that meet their needs.
• Follow up on potential customers and turn them into existing customers.
• Negotiating prices and contractual terms.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts; ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Working to achieve the sales targets.
• Preparing sales performance reports regularly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience with service-based companies.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
