Job Title: Sales Representative (Business Development - Construction, Training, Oil and Gas Sectors)

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, to lead business development efforts for the oil and gas sector, in addition to Digital Twin, training, energy, and construction. This on-site role involves selling company services to new clients, building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a strong communicator with industry knowledge and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet agreed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the oil and gas sector, Digital Twin, training, energy, and construction.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Actively search for new clients through lead generation, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare tailored technical presentations, recommending products or services based on client needs.
- Manage customer complaints, coordinate technical support visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process & Negotiation:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Prepare and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and close sales based on agreed terms.
- Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and accurate forecasting reports.
- Provide weekly activity reports (call reports) and regular sales updates to management.
- Technical & Marketing Support:
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and support to clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to support business development and brand recognition.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 2-5 years as a sales representative in the oil and gas sector, with experience in technology, energy, or engineering services preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and effective team collaboration.
- Confidence and persuasiveness when delivering presentations and negotiating sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient in English for business writing and communication.
- Competent in using Office applications, CRM, ERP systems, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Digital Twin applications, training methodologies, and the energy/construction market.
- Ability to travel within Egypt and occasionally within the MENA region for client meetings and industry events.
