In order to increase satisfaction, expedite the settlement of consumer complaints and issues.
Reach predetermined sales goals and objectives on time.
Work with teammates and other departments to coordinate the sales effort.
Examine the possibilities of the region or market, monitor sales, and obtain status updates.
Reports about consumer requirements, issues, and interests, as well as competing activity and the possibility for new goods and services, are provided by supply management.
Observe current trends in promotion and best practices.
