Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the media industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored media solutions.
- Present and sell media services to new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong understanding of media products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
