Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of identifying and reaching out to new potential customers while also managing inbound leads from our marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Engage with leads generated by our marketing team, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations, explaining product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and share market insights.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document client interactions and manage sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial sector (experience in elevator parts or construction is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
