Job Title: Sales Representative Foreign Exchange and CFD Brokerage

Job Purpose:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring and retaining clients, promoting the organization's financial products, and achieving sales targets. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their trading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for Forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments offered by the brokerage.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Present and promote the brokerage's products, services, and trading platforms to clients, explaining features, benefits, and fees.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to create a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Provide clients with market insights, relevant news, and educational resources to enhance their trading experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address queries, provide support, and inform them of new products and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets using the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the financial industry to provide clients with relevant information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or Forex industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
