Sales Representative (In-door) - Medical Center (Female Only)

Job Summary:

The In-door Sales Representative at Almanara Medical Center is responsible for engaging with walk-in clients, providing information about our medical services, and converting inquiries into sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable medical services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide detailed information about the medical services and procedures offered by the center.

• Understand clients needs and recommend appropriate services.

Sales and Promotion:

• Promote medical services to potential clients within the center.

Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Sales Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Update and manage the CRM system with client information and sales data.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the medical staff to ensure clients receive accurate information and quality service.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on medical services, industry trends, and competitors.

• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in in-door sales, preferably within the UAE and the medical services industry.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Experience:

In-door sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
