Job Purpose Overview:
We're seeking seasoned sales professionals eager to embark on a journey in the real estate sector or established real estate agents interested in joining our esteemed Master Agency. The role involves identifying and selling exclusive projects, building and managing a portfolio of clients and external real estate agents. It includes conducting market research, collaborating with developers/real estate agents, advising clients on tailored investment strategies and negotiating transactions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and sell exclusive real estate development stock opportunities for clients
Build and maintain a portfolio of exclusive real estate clients
Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, investment potential, and market trends
Collaborate with developers to understand project details, timelines, and investment structures
Advise clients on investment strategies tailored to their financial objectives and risk tolerance
Negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive stock transactions on behalf of clients
Facilitate due diligence processes, including property inspections, financial analysis, and legal documentation review
Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to ensure smooth transaction closings
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the investment process
Stay informed about industry regulations, market changes, and emerging investment opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Real estate license in the applicable jurisdiction (preferred)
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Sales Manager or similar field
Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in market research and financial analysis
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and contract management
Familiarity with real estate investment tools (e.g., MLS, CRM systems)
