Job Description

Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, improve selling techniques, and contribute to overall team success.
