Job Context: In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activity.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven 2-3 Years in Sales of Sanitary ware and lighting.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
