Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new merchants, identifying their business needs and how Seena pay can benefit them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchant accounts.
- Present Seena pay's installment processing solutions effectively, highlighting the advantages of faster access to funds and increased sales.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with new merchants.
- Assist with onboarding new merchants, ensuring a smooth integration with Seena pay's platform.
- Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, consistently identifying and pursuing qualified leads.
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and overall team and company goals.
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or payments industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients.
- Eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn CRM software.
