Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generating high-quality leads.
  • Meeting or surpassing assigned sales goals.
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Preparing detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Delivering persuasive sales presentations to a diverse range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with ongoing marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting Waseela's financial programs.
  • Securing deposits and full payments from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Conducting client visits to evaluate needs and promote Waseela's products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales ( preferred in banking as credit card sales or loan sales)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
