Job Description

Job description:Job Purpose

Maintain the strong relations with the customers and achieve the Sales Target based on the company plan,To achieve business targets of sales volume & stock as per norms; To increase new EXA product sales;To build EXA brand awareness,To take care of assigned showroom Sales & take care of sales team.

Key Accountability Areas
  1. Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, & Stock as per norms
  2. Scanning all the area (building, projects)
  3. Conduct one to one marketing sessions with villa owners, contractors & masons.
  4. Maintain the needed follow-up visits until installation.
  5. Build long run relationship with masons and neighborhood retailers.
  6. Conduct the needed direct marketing activities with all concerned parties (villa owners, masons & retailers).
  7. Close sales deal and document the achieved installed sites.
  8. Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports as required by company policy, measuring own and customers performance as well as market changes.
  9. Prepare and agree with sales manager the annual sales objectives and budget by product volume, value and selling price, for submission to the sales manager.
  10. Interaction & coordination with other departments like brand management, logistics, etc. wherever required.
  11. Responsible for increasing new exa product sales.
  12. Give Demonstrations to prospective customers.
  13. Build required rapport with the Key customers in the assigned territory.
  14. To study competitor activity in the assigned territory & give relevant feedback to Exa-Sales manager
