Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves driving sales and providing technical support for medical equipment, with a focus on ENT and audiology products. The ideal candidate will work closely with both government and private sector clients to expand market penetration, deliver exceptional technical services, and support reimbursement processes for our product portfolio. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical and sales acumen, capable of contributing to our growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
- Promote and sell Audiology medical equipment to government and private accounts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales, installation, and post-sales phases.
- Conduct regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train clients on the proper use and functionality of medical equipment.
Market Expansion
- Identify new opportunities to expand market presence in Abu Dhabi and Western regions.
- Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase product visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Reimbursement Support
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to support reimbursement approvals for products.
- Provide detailed documentation and technical expertise to facilitate the reimbursement process.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and technical support, preferably within the medical equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, particularly ENT and Audiology products
- Prior experience working with the UAE healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with medical sector in UAE is preferable.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Flexibility to work across different regions in the UAE, based on business needs.
