Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Segment Specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Segment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including customer service, initiating contact with potential customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations, conducting training sessions for customers on the use of products, and managing the sales process from beginning to end.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • 1-3 or more years of proven sales experience, preferably in the biotechnology sector.
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A passion for science and a desire to contribute to advancements in biotechnology.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations to address client requirements effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making processes.
